KnowRisk, Inc. dba Voltaire and/or its affiliates (“Voltaire”, “We” or “Us”) operate an online service (“Voltaire”) located at https://voltaire.claims (the “Website”) from which you, the user (“You” or “User”), may purchase Voltaire products (“Products”) and services (“Services”).

Voltaire IP is protected by copyright, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws, and all rights in Voltaire IP not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Service are reserved.
You may choose to or We may invite you to submit comments or ideas about improvements to Voltaire or our Products or Services (“Ideas”). If you submit an Idea to us, We will presume that your submission was voluntary, unsolicited by us, and delivered to Us without any restrictions on our use of the Idea. You also agree that Voltaire has no fiduciary or any other obligation to you in connection with any Idea you submit to us, and that We are free to use your Ideas without any attribution or compensation to you.
Voltaire grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access https://voltaire.claims. This license does not include a right to use any of the Content and information. Your permissions and/or licenses are automatically terminated by any unauthorized use.

All features, Content, specifications, Products and prices of Products and Services described or depicted in Voltaire are subject to change at any time without notice. All fees stated are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which Voltaire will charge as required. Access to the Services is provided based on the terms of a negotiated contract between Voltaire and your organization, detailing the pricing, service levels, and duration of the service period.
The specific pricing options and any potential additional charges for exceeding service quotas will be detailed in the service contract. In the event that your organization’s usage exceeds the agreed-upon quotas, Voltaire reserves the right to invoice your organization for any outstanding fees in accordance with the payment terms specified in the contract.
Voltaire maintains the right to modify the pricing for Services upon renewal of the service contract. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated to your organization a reasonable time in advance of the contract renewal date, ensuring transparency and allowing for renegotiation or adjustment as necessary.
a. Service Contract Terms. Access to the Services through an enterprise agreement involves terms that are specific to the negotiated contract between Voltaire and your organization. These terms will be fully disclosed and agreed upon at the time of contract signing.
